Located at 5700 Ashland Avenue, the Edgewater Apartments involves reworking the former medical center’s two separate high-rise buildings (one eight-story, one nine-story) into multi-family housing. When complete, the buildings will offer a combined 190 residential units and 211,000 square feet of living space, along with an enclosed parking garage.
