The hotel massing and facades are designed to respond at two levels. The first is its location within the master plan and the second is the user's perception as one approaches the building.
The site located at the edge of the water provides us with the opportunity to anchor the master plan to the body of water. Having a simple and discernible silhouette, the hotel becomes the monumental "end piece" - the interface between the entire development and the surrounding landscape.
