David brings a diverse range of project management and technical skills that enables him to minimize cost impact, maintain schedule and hold the intent of the design.  He is recognized for his decisive leadership of diverse teams and organizations on small and large complex projects.

David has been a registered architect for +30 years with experience in a broad range of project types and client industries, including hospitality, restaurant, and commercial mixed-use.  He gained his experience working at high profile firms such as VOA Associates, Inc., Lucien Lagrange Architects, Ltd. and CallisonRTKL Inc.

David manages each project with an attentive eye to design details, budget and schedule. As a central figure on each team, his role includes the primary responsibility for day-to-day administration of the project including establishing preliminary budgets, schedules and monitoring progress against targeted objectives.

David received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a licensed architect in the State of Washington.
