Project Manager for a new 60-story hotel and condominium.
This project consists of a 188-room hotel with 51 condominiums above (estimated at $280 million combined). In 2009 the condominiums were valued between $2.5 and $8.5 million.
The entrance of the project is an intimate, heated, cobblestone courtyard. Its design emulates the grand hotels of Paris in the 1920s, complete with colonnades, spires, and a motor court. There are 10 guestrooms per floor with fireplaces, furnished terraces, and white Carrara marble bathrooms with soaking tubs.
All of the 51 private residences are perched above one of Chicago's most distinguished neighborhoods, with at most two homes per floor. And while the homes range from 3,400 to 12,000 square feet, they are intimate and inviting. Condominiums are on the upper 27 floors.
